Chloe Bates

Chloe is a South Austin resident and chicken owner with a love for Southwestern art and culture. Her canyon series is heavily influenced by the work of Georgia O'Keefe, and was sparked by early pandemic longings for optimism, freedom and color. The creation of this work was inspired by bridging the space between the inner human world and the greater natural environment, the real and abstract, the small and the spacious.
